Chêneoak Beams are square-sawn solid French oak in three substantial cross-sections, supplied unfinished
for structural or feature use in interior applications.

They work equally as exposed ceiling beams, feature posts and columns, stair structures, and heavy joinery
elements such as table bases and large-scale furniture. All structural applications are subject to engineer’s
design and local building codes. Supplied at 8-12% moisture content, they require acclimatisation on site prior to
installation, and all faces should be sealed with a compatible oil, hard wax oil, or lacquer. The select grade
presents tight grain with honest natural variation — appropriate for high-visibility architectural applications.
