A contemporary coastal residence that seamlessly blends minimalist design with natural warmth through the strategic use of Chêneoak
French Oak. Located in one of Melbourne’s most prestigious beachside suburbs, this home celebrates light, space, and materiality.
The design team specified Chêneoak’s Sablé finish to complement the soft coastal palette while adding depth and character to the
minimalist interiors. Wide boards were used throughout the living areas to create visual continuity, while custom beams in the open-plan
kitchen add architectural interest and structural expression.
